Hello, I have successfully delegated Full control over users and groups to a specific OU in AD - to an ADuser group "User Management"- this is working fine. I have created a taskpad which is the managment tool for the members of the "User Management" AD group - this is working fine. When they create the users, I want them to be able to create a mailbox in a specific information store - this is NOT working. Here's the problem: When creating the new user accounts, they are prompted whether they wish to create a mailbox or not - but when it comes time to create the mailbox, they cannot view any of the information stores - the Mailbox Store field is empty when it should be displaying the information stores. The AD User group "User Management" has "Exchange- View Only Administrator" rights on the Administrative group and Full Control NTFS Security permissions on the specific Information store in which they should create the mailboxes. What am I doing wrong? MG2
